HCA Carmella's Sugar lives up to her name. Sugar is a little sweetheart, who especially likes those that have treats for her. She has a brown sugar butt and a real cute smile.
At the Southwest Regional Alpaca Show in Phoenix, AZ Judge Amanda VandenBosch said she had fantastic comfirmation with a perfect bite. She has dense, fine fiber and should produce quality cria when bred to a sire with great lusterous fiber. In the level 5 show in Denver she took second place.
Sugar was bred in July 2008 to Sundance at the Cabin. They gave us a beautiful Sunrae in June 2009. Sunrae has tight pencilling and very fine fiber with an extremely soft handle. In 2016 she produced 5.3 pounds of fiber.
